Freelance Virtual Assistant

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. As a freelance virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients remotely. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, responding to emails and calls, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with our team when needed. A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is essential for success in this role.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, but you must have a biometric passport and be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings. Accommodation will be provided during these trips. The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
