As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms and channels. Your duties will include answering queries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our services.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Knowledge of the industry or products we offer is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our services and assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is an own visa job without accommodation based in La-Condamine. However, candidates from other locations are welcome to apply as long as they can work within the specified time zone.
