Moderator for Online Community in La-Condamine

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Moderator to join our online community based in La-Condamine. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online platform, ensuring that all user-generated content is appropriate and engaging. You will also mediate any conflicts or issues that may arise within the community.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor user-generated content on the online platform and ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Engage with users and encourage positive interactions within the community
- Mediate conflicts or issues between users, providing fair and unbiased resolutions
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop new ideas and strategies for community growth
- Analyze data and provide insights on community trends and behaviors to inform future decisions
- Stay up-to-date with current events and trends within the industry to facilitate relevant discussions within the community

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a moderator for an online community or social media platform
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem solver with strong mediation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in English (proficiency in French is a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La-Condamine, Monaco

Contract Type: Full-time with accommodation provided.
