Junior Painter

As a Junior Painter, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of painting projects, under the supervision of a senior painter. This includes preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, as well as the ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. No prior experience is required for this full-time position, but we are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistency
- Apply paint evenly and accurately using various techniques such as brushing, rolling or spraying
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
- Follow instructions from senior painter to complete tasks efficiently
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Previous painting experience is not required but considered an asset

Location: La-Condamine, Monaco (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1100 per month (with potential for growth based on performance)
