Experienced Plasterer

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes. Your duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and ensuring a high-quality finish. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong technical skills in plastering techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Measure and mix ingredients to create plaster mixtures
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even finish
- Install support structures or framework for the plaster if necessary
- Repair any damaged areas of existing plasterwork
- Clean up work area after job completion

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Excellent technical skills in plastering techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or plans to determine layout and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety procedures while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
