Finishing Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production for various projects. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in finishing and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all finishing tasks according to project specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to achieve desired finishes on different materials
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the finishing process
- Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification or diploma in Finishing or related field
- Experience working with various types of finishes, such as paints, stains, varnishes, etc.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
