As a Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces of various materials such as wood, metal, and plaster. You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to ensure smooth and flawless finishes. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing imperfections
- Apply stains, varnishes, or paint to achieve desired finish
- Use tools such as brushes, spray guns, or rollers to apply finishes
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for flaws or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
