A reputable construction company in La-Condamine is seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up molds or forms for concrete structures such as walls, floors, and foundations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in formwork, possess strong knowledge of construction processes and materials, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to work at heights. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Salary starts at $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine layout and dimensions of formwork
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as lumber, plywood, or metal
- Cut materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and align formwork panels according to specifications
- Secure formwork panels in place using various methods such as nails, screws, bolts, or clamps
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surface using trowels or screeds
- Remove forms after concrete has cured
- Inspect forms for defects such as cracks or warping and make necessary repairs
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with formwork in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings accurately
- Physical strength and stamina
- Comfortable working at heights
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
