Part-Time Preservation Architect

As a Part-Time Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city of La-Condamine. Your primary role will be to assess the condition of these structures, develop preservation plans, and oversee the implementation of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify areas in need of restoration.
- Develop detailed preservation plans that address structural issues, historical significance, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee the implementation of restoration projects and ensure they adhere to preservation guidelines.
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Conduct research on historical architecture styles and techniques to inform preservation efforts.
- Provide expertise on preservation techniques and materials to other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural preservation or restoration.
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with others effectively.
- Fluency in French preferred.

This part-time position offers a salary of 1100$ per month. As this is a part-time role, no accommodation will be provided.
