Preservation Architect - Part Time

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. You will work on a part-time basis in the beautiful city of La Condamine, using your expertise to protect and restore architectural treasures.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on the history and construction of historical buildings
- Assessing the condition of structures and identifying potential threats to their preservation
- Creating detailed preservation plans and proposals
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to implement preservation projects
- Overseeing the restoration process, ensuring that it adheres to preservation standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical building materials, construction methods, and preservation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Experience working with local government agencies for building permits and approvals is preferred
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or eligibility to work in La Condamine

Salary: $1300 per month (based on part-time schedule)
