Job Title: Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and protection of historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that these structures are preserved in their original state while also implementing necessary updates to meet modern standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify areas in need of preservation or restoration.
- Develop preservation plans and strategies that adhere to local and national regulations, as well as international standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement preservation projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is completed according to the preservation plan.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance activities of historical buildings to ensure they are properly preserved.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in preservation technology and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect.
- Strong understanding of local and national regulations related to historic preservation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in La-Condamine. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
