Preservation Architect vacancy in La-Condamine Monaco

Preservation Architect
The Preservation Architect will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings in La-Condamine. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure that all preservation work is done in accordance with historical preservation standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural history, materials, and construction techniques used in historic buildings. They should also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history and architecture of buildings to be preserved
- Develop preservation plans that comply with local regulations and guidelines
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for restoration work
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all materials used in restoration work are historically accurate
- Supervise construction workers during restoration process
- Keep accurate records of all preservation work
- Attend meetings with local authorities to discuss preservation plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience working on historic preservation projects preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Ability to read blueprints and create detailed drawings
- Project management experience preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: La-Condamine
