Junior Architectural Designer


Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in architecture? Our firm in La-Condamine is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a fresh graduate or entry-level professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of architectural design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects on project development
- Conduct research and assist with site analysis
- Create 2D and 3D design concepts using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Prepare construction drawings and documents
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Assist with project coordination, including communication with contractors and vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
