Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for architectural projects. You should have a strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in architectural design and must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in French or Monégasque
