Job Title: Junior Architectural Designer


A fast-growing architectural design firm in La Condamine is seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers on a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers on project conception, design development, and construction documentation
- Research and analyze relevant building codes and regulations
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Assist with site visits and client meetings as needed
- Contribute creative ideas to project discussions and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD
