We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare presentations to showcase design concepts to clients
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise designs

Salary: $1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
