We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs for a variety of projects. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles into projects
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure successful execution of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design issues as they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
