We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, hotels, and restaurants. Your exceptional creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision and budget
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in using CAD software for creating designs and drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Benefits:
This is a full-time job offering a salary of 1300$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
