Junior Commercial Architect


We have an immediate opening for a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in La Condamine. As a rapidly growing architectural firm, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about commercial architecture and eager to learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to design and develop commercial projects
- Assist in creating project proposals, presentations, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings
- Assist with project coordination and management tasks
- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for project development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Passion for commercial architecture and design
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa for working in La Condamine (sponsorship not provided)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this entry-level position. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
