Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings and structures in the city of La-Condamine. Your main duties will include developing project plans, creating detailed architectural drawings, and managing the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on commercial projects. You should also possess strong project management skills and be proficient in using relevant software tools such as AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Develop project plans and timelines, including cost estimates and resource allocation
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Manage project budgets to ensure they are completed within financial constraints
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in La-Condamine
Salary: 1200$ per month. This is a full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for all nationalities who meet the requirements.
