Architectural Designer (Commercial Focus) - La-Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Commercial Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating functional and aesthetically appealing commercial spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for commercial projects
- Develop design concepts and sketches, taking into consideration building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. Please note that this is without accommodation or visa sponsorship. We are looking for individuals who already have the legal right to work in Monaco.
