A prestigious architecture firm in La Condamine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for commercial buildings based on client needs
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other architects and designers on projects
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design aesthetics

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La Condamine (relocation assistance available)
