We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. Knowledge of relevant software programs and strong project management skills are essential for this role. This is a contract job with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for commercial buildings based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using relevant software programs
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
