Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures in La-Condamine. With your expertise in both architecture and engineering, you will work closely with clients to determine their needs and create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will involve conducting site visits, collaborating with construction teams, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures that meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and technical documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to assess site conditions and gather information for design purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct quality control checks during construction to ensure designs are being executed accurately.
- Identify potential issues or risks during the design process and develop solutions to address them.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
