Job Title: Senior Architecture Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in La Condamine. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and project management for our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all architectural projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Oversee the entire architectural design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress throughout each phase of the project
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of design aesthetics
