Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team of talented architects in La-Condamine. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your role will involve managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the development of architectural plans and designs, ensuring they align with client requirements and local building codes
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project briefs and establish project goals
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design changes proposed by the team or clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within an architecture firm or construction company
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in La-Condamine. However, we are open to considering remote work options for highly qualified candidates.
