Job Title: Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of our company's projects in La-Condamine. Your main duty will be to ensure that all architectural designs are executed to the highest standards of quality and within budget and timeline constraints. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various teams including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Develop architectural plans and designs that meet client requirements and align with local regulations
- Oversee the execution of all architectural designs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any design issues or challenges that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, review work quality, and provide feedback as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and local building codes/regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
