As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design concepts to final construction. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for residential and commercial projects, from conceptualization to construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their vision and budget
- Supervise a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architect in high-end residential or commercial projects
- Proven track record of successful project management from conception to completion
- Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas visually and verbally to clients and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
