Job Title: Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. You will be working closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary requirements. You must have extensive experience in the field of architecture and demonstrate strong leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Oversee construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior architect in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
