As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of various architectural projects while ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and standards. You will collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Monaco
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion for various architectural projects
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
