Senior Architect



We are in search of an experienced Senior Architect to join our design team in La-Condamine. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs that meet the needs and vision of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The role is suitable for men who are passionate about architecture and have a strong eye for design.
