Senior Architect - Contract Position in La Condamine, Monaco



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior architects, and ensuring that all projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for various projects, from initial concept to final construction
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare budget estimates and schedules for proposed projects
- Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Conduct quality checks throughout the design process to maintain high standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position. The chosen candidate must have the legal right to work in Monaco without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for international candidates.
