Job Title: Senior Architect - La-Condamine, Monaco

As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in La-Condamine, Monaco. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborating with a team of architects and designers to create innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects meet high quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Monitor progress and adherence to timelines and budget throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in luxury residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in Monaco is preferred
