Machine Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in La-Condamine is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically fit individual who is able to work full time and can adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines used in the production process
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues or defects
- Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work well in a team as well as independently
