Excavator Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators to assist with various construction and earth-moving projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators to perform various tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and loading materials
- Conduct pre-operation equipment checks to ensure safety and functionality
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate project tasks
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction or earth-moving setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of basic excavator maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read project plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required
