Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a full-time position without accommodation, and we offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of various types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Preferred:
- Experience operating specific types of machinery relevant to our production process (e.g. CNC machines, injection molding machines)
- Certification or training in machine operation or maintenance

Working Conditions:
Our production facility operates 24/7, so the successful candidate must be willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role may also involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, dust, and other potential hazards associated with working with machinery.
