Florist Specialist


We are hiring a skilled and creative Florist Specialist to join our floral design team in La Condamine. As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements following clients' preferences and budget
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from local suppliers or international markets
- Maintain the freshness of flowers by trimming stems, changing water, and adding preservatives
- Design and decorate event spaces with floral installations and displays
- Provide recommendations to clients on floral choices based on seasonality, color scheme, and event theme
- Manage inventory of flowers, vases, ribbons, and other necessary supplies
- Collaborate with event planners, photographers, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Knowledge of different flower types, colors, and arrangements
- Creative eye for design with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide suggestions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy flower buckets or arrangements
- Experience working with diverse clientele including weddings, corporate events, etc.

Salary: $1100 per month with free visa and ticket.
Location: La Condamine.
