Junior Florist


As a Junior Florist in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for assisting with the creation and arrangement of floral designs for various occasions. You will work closely with our experienced florists to learn and develop your skills in bouquet making, flower selection, and event decoration. This is a full-time position that requires a passion for flowers, attention to detail, and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and other events
- Help maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and arranging them according to design specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selection
- Help with general maintenance of the shop including cleaning and organizing workstations
- Learn from experienced florists on proper techniques for bouquet making and flower care

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with flowers is preferred but not required
- Passion for flowers and willingness to learn from experienced florists
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluency in French or English is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is located in La-Condamine.
