We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in La-Condamine. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and other beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service. You must have a biometric passport and be able to work full time, without accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Take orders accurately and handle cash transactions
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
- Available to work full time with flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
$1500 per month

La-Condamine, Monaco (candidates from all nationalities are welcome)
