Executive Chef in La-Condamine, Monaco
As an Executive Chef in our high-end restaurant located in La-Condamine, Monaco, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive the best dining experience and that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus and dishes that reflect the restaurant's concept and meet guests' expectations
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and costing to ensure profitability
- Train, supervise and schedule kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed at all times
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to meet sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and special events for the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
