Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at our prestigious restaurant located in La-Condamine. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menu offerings that are innovative, visually appealing, and in line with current food trends
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Oversee inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies to maintain cost efficiency
- Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction
- Contribute to budget planning and financial management for the kitchen department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity in menu development
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
