Instrument Technician

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in the production and manufacturing processes. They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as experience working with a variety of instruments such as sensors, transducers, and control systems. This role is based in La Condamine, with a salary of $1700 per month and includes free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate various types of instruments
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot any issues with instruments or electrical systems
- Collaborate with engineering team to improve processes and equipment reliability
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on instruments
- Train other technicians on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in instrument technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an instrument technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read schematics
- Experience working with a variety of instruments such as sensors, transducers, control systems, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with PLC programming
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
