Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that arise
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties including clients, management, and team members
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience working with budgets and negotiating contracts
- Proficiency in project management software

Preferred:
- Valid construction manager license/certification
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in La-Condamine
