Contract Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in La-Condamine. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
