Construction Manager

A construction company in La-Condamine is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1800$. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
