Welder Supervisor



We are hiring a Welder Supervisor to oversee our welding operations in La-Condamine. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of welders and ensuring high-quality and efficient work. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1400$. While experience in welding is required, we welcome applicants of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of welders, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan welding projects
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Schedule and coordinate work assignments for the team
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects or issues with equipment or materials
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Keep accurate records of materials used, time worked, and completed projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Attention to detail and ability to detect defects or issues with equipment or materials
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
