Office Assistant in La Condamine, Monaco
We are in search of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily office operations such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Provide general support to the office staff and managers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with using office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
