Contract Office Assistant
We are currently hiring a skilled Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in La-Condamine. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management and possess a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport preferred
- Must be able to work independently
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
Salary: $1800 per month
