Pastry Chef
Location: La Condamine, Monaco
We are in search of a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delicious pastries and desserts for our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for baking will contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new pastry recipes and menu items.
- Ensuring that all pastries and desserts are made with high-quality ingredients.
- Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other sweet treats.
- Decorating pastries with creative designs and garnishes.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Collaborating with other chefs to plan menus and coordinate food service.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen.
- Passion for creating beautiful, delicious pastries.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Education/Training:
A degree from a culinary school or equivalent certification is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
