Job Title: Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, and other features. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and reliable data for construction projects, property sales, and land development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and gather data using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze collected data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Set up survey control points and markers to guide construction projects
- Prepare legal descriptions of properties based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy
- Keep accurate records of surveys and ensure they comply with legal standards
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills for effectively presenting findings to clients and colleagues
- Degree in Surveying or related field
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: La Condamine (Monaco)
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
